This guide contains all permissions and requirements for connecting your Shopee Ads data to Supermetrics.
You can connect to data sources from the Data sources page on the Supermetrics Hub. On the Hub, you can also share an authentication link to connect to a data source you don't have direct access to.
After you connect to the data source on the Hub, you can use the data source connection in all available destinations.
Required permissions
To pull commerce data from Shopee using Supermetrics, you need a Shopee account.
In addition, you need:
- You must authenticate using a normal Shop account. Sub-accounts are not compatible with the connector.
- You need the email/phone number/user name and password of the Shop account.

Query types
If prompted, you need to select a query type to pull data.
- CPC Ads: Retrieve performance data for CPC ads.
Connection instructions
When connecting to Shopee Ads, you need to log in to Shopee Ads and select the shop region when prompted.
- Select the Shopee Ads data source on the Supermetrics Hub or in the data destination.
- Select your store region from the dropdown.
- If prompted, choose to make this connection shared or private.
- Click Start.
- Select your store region from the dropdown and insert your email/phone number/user name and password.
- Confirm the authorization for Supermetrics to access your Shopee data.
- In your data destination, select the stores to include in your reporting and a query type, if prompted.
