This guide contains all permissions and requirements for connecting your Amazon Seller Central data to Supermetrics.
You can connect to data sources from the Data sources page on the Supermetrics Hub. On the Hub, you can also share an authentication link to connect to a data source you don't have direct access to.
After you connect to the data source on the Hub, you can use the data source connection in all available destinations.
Required permissions
You must be the primary user of the Amazon Seller Central account or have Admin permissions for a secondary user account.
To assign admin permissions to a secondary account:
- Go to Settings → User Permissions in Amazon Seller Central.
- Click Manage permissions.
Before starting the connection process, please check the main marketplace and region for your Amazon Seller account.
Query types
Query types define what sort of metrics and dimensions are available. You need to select one of the following query types when pulling data:
- Sales and traffic by date
- Sales and traffic by ASIN
- Orders
Connection instructions
When connecting to Amazon Seller Central, you need to log in to Amazon and select the marketplaces to include in your report.
- Select the Amazon Seller Central data source on the Supermetrics Hub or in the data destination.
- If prompted, choose to make this connection shared or private.
- Click Start.
- Log in to your Amazon account.
- Select the marketplace account where you have your main store.
- Click Confirm to authorize the Supermetrics app to access your data.
- In your data destination, select the marketplaces you'd like to include in your reporting and a query type to use.

Troubleshooting
If you're unable to fetch or select your accounts after connecting Amazon Seller Central to Supermetrics, this is likely due to selecting the wrong marketplace account when setting up the connection. Please try creating a new connection and make sure you select the correct main marketplace and region.
