We’re always working to add new fields and features to Supermetrics. For that reason, you’ll sometimes see that we’ve updated our data sources' field lists in Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio).
To get access to the latest version of a data source's field list, refresh the field list in Looker Studio.
Before you begin
Both Editor and Owner roles can refresh the connection to Supermetrics, refresh its fields, and update its credentials. Read more about Looker Studio user roles in Supermetrics.
It might be the case that an update causes change to how the data source’s data appears in your reports. Contact our support team for help if something goes wrong.
Instructions
- Click a report element to open the SETUP tab in Looker Studio.
- Navigate to the Data source section.
- Click the Edit icon next to the data source name to open its field list page. If you end up in the data source’s configuration page instead of it’s field list, click Fields to get back to the field list page.
- In the lower left corner, click Refresh fields.
- Click Done.
