How to fix “No accounts found” errors

If something’s gone wrong with your license management or data source connection, you might encounter one of these error messages:

  • No accounts found
  • No accounts found or the service is not enabled for this user

Follow these steps if you see these errors.


Instructions

  1. Verify that you are assigned to the license.
  2. Check you meet the data source access requirements.
  3. Reauthenticate the data source(s).
  4. Force a refresh for account data.


If you use Data Studio and the issue persists, please also try these steps.

  1. Log out all users.
  2. Remove the data source(s).
