If you’ve recently made changes to your Supermetrics report — like adding new accounts, custom metrics, or new segments, for example — but they’re not showing in your reporting, you should refresh your account data.
Step 1: Refresh your account list
- Log in to the Supermetrics Team Site.
- Navigate to Accounts tab.
- Open the Licenses tab.
If you can’t find your license, it may be assigned to another team. The current team is listed in the upper-right corner, and you can switch teams with the Switch team button.
- For the license you want to refresh, click Manage.
- Click Refresh account list on the top right-hand side of the page.
Step 2: Reauthenticate the data source
Reauthenticate the data source. This is an essential step in the refresh process.
