Before you begin
You can query data from Glassdoor Reviews without logging in to Glassdoor.
To pull data on a company on Glassdoor, you'll need to copy the company's identifier — called its company ID — from its Glassdoor URL.
For example, if a company's Glassdoor Reviews URL is glassdoor.com/Reviews/Supermetrics-Reviews-E1234567, its company ID is 1234567.
Query type
- Reviews: Fetch up to 100 of the latest public reviews for a company.
Instructions
Make sure you've installed the Supermetrics add-on before you connect.
- Open a new Google Sheets file.
- Navigate to Extensions → Supermetrics → Launch sidebar to open Supermetrics.
- Click Create new query.
- Under "Data source", select Glassdoor Reviews.
- Click Start.
- Navigate to "Report Configuration", and enter the company ID and the language you'd like to pull reviews for.

Make sure you've connected Supermetrics to Looker Studio before following the steps below.
- Open the Supermetrics data source gallery.
- Navigate to Glassdoor Reviews and click Try.
- You'll see two buttons that read Authorize. If you're using Supermetrics for the first time, click the left-hand one and log in with the Google Account you use with Supermetrics.
- Once that's done, or if you've done it before, click the right-hand Authorize button (under "Glassdoor Reviews requires authorization to connect to data").
- Select a team that has access to the account you want to connect.
- Choose to make this connection shared or private.
- Click Start.
- Navigate to "Report Configuration", and enter the company ID and the language you'd like to pull reviews for.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page. To create a report with our template, select Use report template for new reports. To create a blank report, deselect this option.
- In the pane's top right, click Connect.
- Click Create report.
- Click Add to report.
