This guide contains all permissions and requirements for connecting your Glassdoor Reviews data to Supermetrics.
You can connect to data sources from the Data sources page on the Supermetrics Hub. On the Hub, you can also share an authentication link to connect to a data source you don't have direct access to.
After you connect to the data source on the Hub, you can use the data source connection in all available destinations.
Required permissions
You can query publicly available company review data from Glassdoor Reviews without logging in to Glassdoor.
To pull data on a company on Glassdoor, you'll need to copy the company's identifier — called its company ID — from its Glassdoor URL.
For example, if a company's Glassdoor Reviews URL is glassdoor.com/Reviews/Supermetrics-Reviews-E1234567, its company ID is 1234567.
Query types
If prompted, you need to select a query type to pull data.
- Reviews: Fetch up to 1,000 of the latest public reviews for a company.
Connection instructions
When connecting to Glassdoor Reviews, you need to enter the company IDs to query.
- Select the Glassdoor Reviews data source on the Supermetrics Hub or in the data destination.
- If prompted, choose to make this connection shared or private.
- Click Start.
- In your data destination, enter the company ID and the language you'd like to pull reviews for.
