Glassdoor Reviews connection guide

Learn how to connect Glassdoor Reviews to Supermetrics, and start adding publicly available company review data to your reports.

Before you begin

You can query data from Glassdoor Reviews without logging in to Glassdoor.


To pull data on a company on Glassdoor, you'll need to copy the company's identifier — called its company ID — from its Glassdoor URL.


For example, if a company's Glassdoor Reviews URL is glassdoor.com/Reviews/Supermetrics-Reviews-E1234567, its company ID is 1234567.


Query type

  • Reviews: Fetch up to 100 of the latest public reviews for a company.


Instructions

Make sure you've installed the Supermetrics add-on before you connect.

  1. Open a new Google Sheets file.
  2. Navigate to ExtensionsSupermetricsLaunch sidebar to open Supermetrics.
  3. Click Create new query.
  4. Under "Data source", select Glassdoor Reviews.
  5. Click Start.
  6. Navigate to "Report Configuration", and enter the company ID and the language you'd like to pull reviews for.
