Troubleshooting
The Snapchat Marketing data source includes the following limitations:
- Hourly breakdown is supported only for main advertising metrics, but not for conversion data.
- Breakdown by demographic insights and by time is only available from January 1, 2020, onwards.
- If you want to fetch demographic data for a time period before January 1, 2020, we’ve added lifetime versions of demographic dimensions, which ignore the date selection and return lifetime value for the selected metric.
- Reach (unique impressions) and frequency metrics are supported only on daily granularity and by campaign. Weekly and monthly granularity isn't supported.
