You can update your credit card details on the Supermetrics Hub.
Note that to update your credit card details:
- You must be an Admin or Owner of the team — learn how to change your role.
- You're paying by credit card. (If you pay with PayPal, please change credit card details directly from your PayPal account.)
- The license must have been active, or have expired, within the last 27 days.
Instructions
- Go to the Licenses page on the Supermetrics Hub. Check from the top bar that you're in the right team.
- Find the license you'd like to view, and click the license.
- Under Payment method, click Change card.
- Enter the new credit card information.
- Click Save.
Please note that Stripe will make your next scheduled payment with your updated credit card information. There may be a short delay between the credit card update and the license renewal.
