Before you begin
- You must be an Admin or Owner of the team — see this article to change your role.
- You must be assigned to the license as a user — see this article to assign yourself to the license.
- You are paying by credit card. (If you pay with PayPal, please change credit card details directly from your PayPal account.)
- The license must have auto-renewal enabled.
- The license must have been active, or have expired, within the last 27 days.
- Log into the Supermetrics Team Site.
- Check that you’re in the right team in the upper right-hand corner.
- In the bottom left, click Accounts and licenses.
- Click Licenses.
- Find the license you'd to update, and click Manage.
- Under Payment details, click Update card details.
- Enter the new credit card information.
- Click Submit.
Please note that Stripe will make your next scheduled payment with your updated credit card information. That being said, the license may not be renewed right after updating credit card details.
