The email address or domain associated with your Supermetrics team can be changed.
If you still have access to your old email address, you can change the email address yourself by adding your new email address to your team as a new member and assign the needed licenses to it.
If you don't have access to your old email address, contact our support team with the following details:
- The old email address
- A copy of any invoice we've sent to your account; or
- Transaction data (such as transaction date, amount paid, and the last 4 digits of the credit card)
We need these details to verify that you have access to the license and the Supermetrics team. After this, we're able to add your new email address to the team.
