This guide contains all permissions and requirements for connecting your Zoho CRM data to Supermetrics.
You can connect to data sources from the Data sources page on the Supermetrics Hub. On the Hub, you can also share an authentication link to connect to a data source you don't have direct access to.
After you connect to the data source on the Hub, you can use the data source connection in all available destinations.
Required permissions
You need to create an application to connect your Zoho CRM data to Supermetrics.
- Go to Zoho Developer Console
- Choose client type: Client-based Applications
- Enter “supermetrics” for Client Name
- Enter “supermetrics.com” for Homepage URL
- Enter https://supermetrics.com/login-complete for Authorized Redirect URIs

Query types
When connecting to the Zoho CRM, you need to select a query type. The query type defines the metrics and dimensions available.
- Leads report provides data on the status and performance of your sales leads
- Deals report provides data on the progress and performance of your sales deals
Connection instructions
- Select the Zoho CRM data source on the Supermetrics Hub or in the data destination.
- Insert Client ID and Client secret.
- Sign in to your Zoho account.
- Accept scopes for the application.
- If prompted, choose to make this connection shared or private
- Click Start
