What's happening
On January 10, 2024, we're updating our Instagram Public Data data source connector to the new API version. This article highlights the changes that are introduced with the update.
This update requires action from you to keep queries and transfers running.
Authentication changes
This update affects our authentication flow. With the new API version, it's required to have additional permissions approved to access any pages managed through the Meta business manager. This means that you have to reauthenticate your connection to Instagram Public Data to authorize the new permissions before January 10, 2024.
What you need to do
Reauthenticate your connection to Instagram Public Data before January 10, 2024 to keep your Instagram Public Data queries and transfers running.
If you don't reauthenticate and authorize the new permissions, your Instagram Public Data queries will start to fail after January 10, 2024.
