How to check your license usage

Follow these steps to pull data on the queries you run with Supermetrics. This gives you a broad view of what you and your team are doing with your license.

Check data source account usage

  1. Log in to the Supermetrics Team Site.
  2. Check that you’re in the right team in the upper right corner.
  3. In the bottom left, select Accounts and licenses.
  4. Click Usage.

Check files and reports

If you follow the steps below and select Data Studio as your source, the "File ID" column in your results will be blank. This happens because of a limitation in Data Studio — it's on Google's roadmap, but hasn't been fixed yet.

To see file IDs for your reports in all destinations other than Data Studio:

  1. Open the License usage page on the Supermetrics Team Site.
  2. Check that you’re in the right team in the upper right corner.
  3. In the "Columns" tab, select the File checkbox, and click Search
  4. You'll see a list of IDs for files that have been used within the selected date range. Click any file ID to view the file.
