How to fix Facebook Ads two-factor authentication errors

This guide will walk you through how to fix these errors:

• Two-factor authentication is required for your Facebook account.
• Two-factor authentication required. User have to enter a code from SMS or TOTP code generator to pass 2fac.

These errors generally happen when two-factor authentication has been turned on for the Facebook user account that’s logged into Supermetrics. Hence, the authentication login (token) generated from that prior login is invalid.

Instructions

1. Reset the business integration in Facebook settings.
2. Log out of Facebook.
3. Check that your Facebook two-factor authentication is working properly.
