Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) connection guide

This guide contains all permissions and requirements for connecting your Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) data to Supermetrics.

You can connect to data sources from the Data sources page on the Supermetrics Hub. On the Hub, you can also share an authentication link to connect to a data source you don't have direct access to.

After you connect to the data source on the Hub, you can use the data source connection in all available destinations.

Required permissions

To connect Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) to Supermetrics, you need:

  • A user account in a Salesforce instance that's connected to Salesforce Account Engagement
  • A Salesforce Account Engagement business unit ID
  • A Salesforce Account Engagement instance that's capable of using V4 and V5 of Account Engagement API

AMPSEA is required for using V4 and V5 of the Account Engagement API. If you see the following error message, it's likely you don't have AMPSEA enabled for your Salesforce Account Engagement instance. Learn more about AMPSEA in Salesforce documentation.
