Capterra PPC and Capterra Reviews: Query setup guide

Once you’ve authenticated your connection to Capterra PPC or Capterra Reviews, you’re ready to create your first query.


This guide will walk you through how to create your first Capterra PPC or Capterra Reviews query in Google Sheets, Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio), or Excel.

Instructions

Google Sheets Looker Studio Excel
  1. Authenticate Capterra PPC or Capterra Reviews in Google Sheets.
  2. In the Supermetrics sidebar, select a date range for your query. If you need to query a lot of historical data, consider using the “Combine new results with old” feature.
  3. Select your query’s metrics and dimensions. If you’d like some inspiration or a starting point, take a look at our Google Sheets templates.
  4. Click Get Data to Table to create your query and pull your data.


When you’re ready, further refine and enhance your Google Sheets queries with advanced settings.
