This guide will walk you through on how to fix the error "No accounts found" and "No accounts found or the service is not enabled for this user."


As a first step, please check that you are correctly assigned as a user to your license. To do so, please refer to this guide: Team Management Basics


Please check that you meet the data source access requirements, meaning the user role level assigned to the business account/s you are fetching data from. Please refer to this guide: General Data Source Access Requirements.


Once you have confirmed the above, and you are certain you have the right admin access, please re-authenticate the data source:

In some rare cases, you will need to force a refresh for account data by following all the steps from this guide: Forcing a Refresh for Account Data

If everything fails

If the steps above didn't help, and you're using Data Studio, please re-authenticate the data source (1) and if needed, please remove all user accounts (2), as the screenshot below. If and only the error persists with Data Studio, please remove the data source completely by following this guide: How Do I Completely Remove a Data Source from Data Studio? Note that you must be the owner of the data source file to complete all of the steps.

- Please make sure to click on revoke access.


- Click on remove to confirm.
