Once you’ve set up a data transfer to your destination, you can monitor its status in the Supermetrics Team Site.
This guide applies to Snowflake, Amazon S3, Google Cloud Storage, Azure Synapse, Azure Storage, and BigQuery destinations.
- Log in to the Supermetrics Team Site.
- In the left-side menu, click Transfers. You'll see the status of each of your transfers from the last 14 days by data source and destination.
- Click on the round status indicators to view details of a specific transfer.
If an error has occurred in the transfer, you will see a red status indicator for that transfer.
Find the error message and Run ID in the transfer details section. Follow possible instructions in the error message, or contact support for further assistance.
