Facebook Billing Data report building guide

Use the Facebook Billing Data data source connector to pull invoice data from Facebook Business Manager and see the spend of multiple ad accounts in one view. Connect your invoice data with the basic ad metrics such as impressions, clicks and conversions.

See the following use cases for examples on how to use the metrics and dimensions.


See total amount and amount due

Take a look at the invoices and their due amounts. 


The "Total amount" metric shows the total amount.

The "Amount due" metric shows the amount left to be paid, it is equal to the billed amount minus the already paid amount.


For best results in Looker Studio, use the table chart type.

  1. Set the date range to This month to date.
  2. Select the Total amount and Amount due metrics.
  3. Select the Advertiser name, Due date, Invoice date, Invoice ID, and Payment status dimensions to include these details in the query.


See net amount with details

View the net amount along with details about the advertiser and campaign. In this example, we include the link to download the invoice as well as the invoice date and ID.


The "Net amount" metric shows the net amount of the campaign.


For best results in Looker Studio, use the table chart type.

  1. Set the date range to Last month.
  2. Select the Net amount metric.
  3. Select the Advertiser name, Campaign description, Download URI, Invoice date, and Invoice ID dimensions.
