How can I upgrade my license?

If you already have a license for Google Sheets, Data Studio, or Microsoft Excel products, you can easily upgrade your license and add more data sources/users to your existing license in the Team Management Site.


IMPORTANT: 

Please refer to these instructions in Can I Migrate a License from the Old Pricing Model to the New Model, if you want to upgrade licenses purchased 

  • before the 28th of March 2021 for Google Sheets and Data Studio
  • before the 15th of June 2021 for Microsoft Excel

  1. Log into Team Management with your Supermetrics User account - https://team.supermetrics.com/
  2. Under the  LICENSES tab, find the "paid" license you wish to upgrade.
  3. Click Manage to see the license details
  4. Click the Upgrade button
  5. A purchase window appears where you can add more data sources, accounts per data source, or users to your license. 
  6. Click on Proceed to payment to continue with the payment page 
  7. Check your Payment details and change the payment method if needed.
  8. Click on "I approve the Terms of Service" and Upgrade and pay now to upgrade your license. 

NOTE: In case you would like to add premium connectors or additional features, please refer to Purchasing a license through custom quote to request a custom quote.
