You can update your billing information on the Supermetrics Hub.
If you have an Admin or Owner user role in the team and you're paying by credit card, follow these instructions to update your credit card details. If you're using PayPal, you can update the credit card details directly from your PayPal account.
To change the company name and tax ID (VAT ID for EU customers), create a new billing entity with the new details, and change your old billing entity into the new one. See billing entity instructions below.
Important
When making changes to billing information on the Hub, check from the top bar that you're in the right team. Switch teams, if necessary.

Change billing email address
To change the billing email address, you need to have the Owner user role in the team.
- Go to the Billing page on the Hub.
- Update the necessary details.
You can add multiple billing email addresses to the Payer email list section. Alternatively, click Edit billing contacts in the billing entity details.
Change billing cycle
- Go to the Licenses page on the Hub.
- Select a license, and click Billing cycle at the top of the page.
- Change the billing cycle as required.
- If you change to a longer billing cycle, the remaining prepaid balance will be applied as a discount directly to the total to pay now.
- If you change to a shorter billing cycle, the remaining prepaid balance will be credited as a longer subscription period.
- Click Confirm.
Create a new billing entity
- Go to the Licenses page on the Hub.
- Select a license, and click Billing entity at the top of the page.
- Click + Create new entity.
Make sure to use unique names for your billing entities to avoid confusion. - Fill in the details, and click Add.
Change billing entity
- Go to the Licenses page on the Hub.
- Select a license, and click Billing entity at the top of the page.
- Select a billing identity from the list, and click Confirm.
