This guide will walk you through how to reauthenticate the user account linked to a data source with data warehouse or cloud storage platforms, BigQuery (marketplace), or the Supermetrics API.
Instructions
All destinations: Reconnect the login
- Go to the Data sources page on the Supermetrics Hub with the account you use for Supermetrics. If you're asked to select a team, select the team with the products and licenses you want to renew the login for.
- Navigate to the data source with the connection you want to renew.
- Click the data source to view its details.
- Find the connection you want to renew.
- Click the reconnect icon () at the end of the row.
Reauthenticate the connection in data warehouse, BigQuery (marketplace), or the Supermetrics API
Data warehouse and cloud storage
- Go to the Data sources page on the Supermetrics Hub with the account you use for Supermetrics. If you're asked to select a team, select the team with the products and licenses you want to renew the login for.
- Navigate to the data source with the connection you want to renew.
- Click the data source to view its details.
- Find the connection you want to renew.
- Click the reconnect icon ( ) at the end of the row.
BigQuery (marketplace)
- Select the transfer you want to reauthenticate from the BigQuery data transfers page.
- Click Edit on the top right-hand side.
- Scroll down the page and click Change configuration.
- Click Add another user.
The Supermetrics API
- On the Supermetrics Hub, go to API.
- Find the data source you'd like to reauthenticate. Click the chevron icon .
- Select the account you'd like to reauthenticate.
- Click the X icon.
- Click Disconnect.
- Reconnect the data source.
