How to remove and reconnect data source connections

This guide will walk you through how to reconnect accounts with multiple logins on the Supermetrics Team Site — how to remove expired, stale, or problematic logins, and then reconnect with the right connection.


You'll take slightly different steps depending on the products included in your license.


Instructions

For licenses that include Excel or data warehouse destinations

  1. Log in to the Supermetrics Team Site data source manager
  2. Check the team name in the top right corner. Make sure you're logged into the team that owns the connection you'd like to remove or reconnect.
  3. Find the connection you want to renew. 
  4. Under Actions, click the 3-dot menu.
  5. Click Disconnect to remove a connection from Supermetrics, or Reconnect to log in to a connection and refresh its authentication.


For all other licenses

  1. Log in to the Supermetrics Team Site data source manager.
  2. Check the team name in the top right corner. Make sure you're logged into the team that owns the connection you'd like to remove or reconnect.
  3. Find the connection you want to renew.
  4. Click Log out to remove a connection from Supermetrics, or Renew to log in to a connection and refresh its authentication.
