This guide will walk you through how to reconnect accounts with multiple logins the Supermetrics Team Site.
Instructions
Renew a connection
Follow these steps to renew expired, stale, or problematic logins:
- Log into the Supermetrics Team Site data source manager with the account you use for Supermetrics.
If the site asks you to select a specific team, you’ll need to select the one with the products and licenses you want to renew the login for. - Find the connection you want to renew.
- Under Actions, click the 3-dot menu.
- Click Reconnect.
Remove a connection
