License on auto-renew is set to expire

We have a license set to auto-renew and yet I get errors in my reports because the license is about to expire today (Error: You don't have a valid license to use the Google Ads data source). Customer service is virtually unavailable. 


Any idea how to solve this without supermetrics help?
