Can no longer connect to Shopfy store

I'm using the Shopify connector in order to connect to a few (3) Shopify stores that we have.  When set up about a month or so ago, they were all working just fine and data was coming through to GDS as expected.


It was noticed that one connector is no longer working, and the error being delivered is:


"The necessary authentication credentials are not present in the request or are incorrect"


The thing is, we didn't change a thing on the GDS connector, and the admins of the Shopify store are indicating that they also did not change anything related to the account in question.


So I'm left at a loss....


Shopify support indicated to reach out to Supermetrics.


Any thoughts on how I can investigate and resolve?
