Hi there,

I am wondering whether Supermterics does use facebook's datat on privates shares of a posting?

Hi Sarah,

I checked the Graph API documentation about what is used for the shares metrics (and other engagement metrics that rely on shares), and it is unclear if it includes or excludes the private shares. I can only assume then all are counted as it doesn't explicitly say otherwise.

Number of times the post has been shared

There does not appear to be a special metric available for private shares.
