Problem with Supermetrics for Data Studio

I've a problem with Supermetrics for Data Studio. I've a table who I want to visualize 'comments, likes, reaction per posts, etc...' but when I put this metrics, after waiting, it appears this message:

"Unable to get response, please try again in a moment (Supermetrics request ID: XOTkdnU8zmdd1Ou7TWlW8cVXbXxOGISf)."
