Stripe Time Zone Error

Hey when I set the timezone to anything except, "use this sheets timezone" 

The numbers are incorrect when pulling from stripe. 

About 90 percent of the transactions are missing. 


What do I need to do ?


  • I can change the time zone using google sheets itself doing this and it works.

    But I need to be able to do it through super metrics.

    thanks for reporting this.


    It would seems like there's some issue with the time zone setting through Supermetrics options in that case.


    I'll report this to our developers, but would be great if you can send us a private support ticket with the details and perhaps grant us access to the sheet. That will make it much easier to debug.
