SM Campaign Manager to BigQuery not in Cloud Marketplace

You advertise having a CM->BQ integration; but there is no connector available in the GCP marketplace.  How do we purchase this?

    Thanks for asking. Google Display & Video 360 connector is available already in Cloud Marketplace. If you're having difficulties finding it, please let us know and we'll investigate.
