Not able to find one of my Instagram account (but i have Admin Access)

Hi, I need to conect Supermetrics Instagram Insights to one account, but it doesn't apair on the list. The name is @rocagallery_official and I'm admin.

    Hi Laia,

    Please start with this guide that covers all the requirements and a method that usually helps reveal missing profiles:
    Unable to See Instagram Account After Logging In

    If after verifying you meet the requirements and running the methods (at least Method #1) you still cannot see the profile page, then see the bottom section for exactly what we need to investigate which you can send as a private response to the ticket attached to this post.
