Chart -> Time Series Recently Broken

Returning this error:

Error fetching TA results: DS_USER: Error: Expect time to be midnight in the account's local timezone for day granularity (Supermetrics request ID: TgQrF1t1LLT21QfLLvLdwwyBqU9wH94).

Error ID: 19eee56c

We have this chart on a number of different reports, some are working some are not. (They all worked for months).

Any suggestions?

    Hi Roland,

We just recently add the capability to Twitter Ads to explicitly set the timezone for the query, as not being able to do that caused some users problems. However, this means that some cases, this caused working queries to break as the timezone wasn't defined prior.

The fix should be to set the timezone drop-down to the ad account's timezone.

You noted in a reply to the case that you were playing around with this but it didn't seem to help. Do make sure that it is set to the ad account's timezone and that the report is force refreshed to make sure it's not trying to use a cached error. If you continue to have issues after that, please let us know so we can continue to investigate.

    -Thank you
