Pulling Facebook ROAS into Sheets with Decimal in Wrong Place

I'm seeing in this different google sheets, on multiple Facebook accounts. When we pull ROAS into Google Sheets, it's pulling the correct number, but moving the decimal point over two digits, so I need to divide by 100 to get the correct ROAS.

Is this an issue on the Facebook side, Supermetrics side or Google Sheets side?

  • ┬áSame issue here, any update?

  • Hi,

This problem keeps resurfacing every few months it seems - we fix it for one user, which then breaks it for another that relied on it being the other way. So currently we have a case open for this again with the developer team to investigate.

Part of the issue is that Facebook actually deprecated the "Website Purchase ROAS" field and the ROAS used in the Ad Manager now is not the same one we have - it's possible the calculations for ours are wrong and we need to switch our version to match the Ad Manager (assuming its even in the API right now).

So we'll hopefully have a solution for that soon. In the short term, the raw values that are used to calculate the ROAS should be present, so you can make a custom formula for that from the raw values and that should match.

We will update here when we have a fix in place.

  • Hi All,

Some updates have been made to the Facebook Ads connector regarding ROAS to address this and two new fields have been added related to this:

    • Website purchase ROAS %
    • Return on ad spend (ROAS)

If you have been having issues with the ROAS fields, please check if you need to use one of the other variations (there's now several fields with this using different math and some with/without percent). If you continue to have problems please submit a new private ticket with the details so we can investigate.
