"Facebook Ads account has been flagged"


In all our reports we get this error msg right now: Error: It seems your Facebook Ads account has been flagged by Facebook due to a copyright violation, break-in attempt or some other security issue. Read more in our support article at tinyurl.com/y822p48z

It was fine yesterday and nothing is flagged when I look in Business Manager.

I have read the support article but since nothing is flagged it doesn't really help.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    As mentioned in the end of the support article:

    "If this does not work or you cannot get the checkpoint page even with the workaround, you need to contact Facebook Support for additional assistance as Supermetrics cannot do anything about this."

    Please proceed to contacting Facebook, as the error is coming from their end. Thanks!
