Why don't my tickets appear when I create them?

I've created a ticket twice now and it doesn't appear in my ticket status or in the forum.

Hi Litmon,

Your two forum posts were flagged for moderation/spam, which is why there's no tickets for them yet. We have to approve them first. I will delete those then if this ticket is for the same issue.
