I paid the super pro version but wrote the wrong email so asked for a changed on my user id and support told me it has been changed but it still appears the free trial.
How can I solve this issue?

You may need to refresh the data source as the team changed when I made the update:
If that doesn't work, please post the full error message so I can check if its using a different team or a user not added to the license team.
User had multiple licenses but the name was only fixed on one. Name has been corrected on both which should fix the error.
