Upgraded To Pro: Not working In Sheets Anymore

I recently upgraded to pro. I previously was utilizing under my personal work email. My agency upgraded to pro for sheets using a company-wide email. Now when i try to refresh my queries on sheets, it doesn't work. I'm logged into sheets with the company email, changed the company email to the owner, kicked everybody else off, and tried to refresh. Doesn't work. I tried to create a brand new sheet using the company email and recreate what i was using it for. Still doesn't work.
