Cannot link LinkedIn profile


I want to create a new connection for a LinkedIn Ads account but I cannot. 

I just can see the following error: There was an error retrieving this Add-on's configuration.


I tried to Refresh Authorization but after complete the process and re-authorize the app, I'm back to the same window.

Could you solve this, please?

Hi Joan,

We may need to manually remove the token - what is the user account on the license you are trying this with so I can look up and remove the token?
