Unable to connect to Instagram, have already logged in.

I'm getting this error in trying to pull Instagram data even though I've logged into our Instagram account. Can you please help with this. Also, if we manage multiple Instagram accounts, how can this be managed?

    Thanks for reporting this. Sorry about the issue.

    Looks like you have not specified which usernames to fetch for in connector settings.

    Also, the Instagram connector is only working partially these days, due to the Facebook scandal and closing of the public API. See the note we sent out about it:

    Today, Facebook announced immediate changes to the Instagram API due to the Cambridge Analytica scandal. For Supermetrics this means reports "Instagram user data" and "Instagram user posts" will be removed from the Instagram data source immediately in both our Google Data Studio and Google Sheets products. Updating existing queries will fail.

    We are about to release a new Instagram Insights data source, which will provide access to some of the data that is now being removed as well as completely new Instagram data. We are currently waiting for Facebook's approval for our new application. If you know anyone at Facebook who could help move this forward, please ask them to review and approve the app "Supermetrics Insights Connector" (app id: 137960646883353). Without the approval, we are unable to release the data source.
