Can't filter by Instagram hashtags

I am trying to filter by hashtag (#). Is that consider a tag in the connector because it doesn't work. I get NO DATA.

    Hi,


    thanks for reaching out.


    You can only use lowercase letters and numbers for keywords.

    Please leave out the hashtag sign, and use the instructed form to get the posts for a keyword.
