Waiting for for Google Analytics to respond

Hello,

Since today, I've an issue with Google Analytics.

All the queries with GA fail. The connection seems to be ok and the rights are ok too.

Yesterday, it was working pretty well but impossible to import data today.

Adwords and the other services are working..

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us. Sorry to hear about the issues.

I've just tested a query to GA, and it appears to work well.

Some thing to try in order to rule out browser conflicts:

Clear browser cookies, and check that you are only logged in to Google with your Supermetrics user id

Try running the report in Incognito window, or another browser

Create a similar query from scratch - sometimes the query get's jammed for example due to a duplicated query id in another sheet

Go to SupermetricsQueries sheet (hidden by default) and clear the cell containing the Query ID. Then refresh the query to generate a new id

As a last resort, create a whole new sheet and test queries there
