Just purchased Pro version | Unable to connect to any connectors

When I launch the sidebar I see this 


I select AdWords and I get the google login screen where I select our email. I get the notice box to approve Supermetrics having access to AdWords and I select 'Allow". Then it sends me back to the Google Sheets with this...


No data populates. 

I tried deactivating the add-on and reactivating it. That didn't work.

    Thanks for reaching out, and sorry to hear about the issue.

    Some thing to try in order to rule out browser conflicts:
    • Clear browser cookies, and check that you are only logged in to Google with your Supermetrics user id
    • Try running the report in Incognito window, or another browser
