Yesterday I asked for help with the connection for Facebook Insights to Google Data Studio. Now I disabled the metrics that I won't use and the load is much faster. However, still, some metrics (organic reach, viral reach, engaged users) show an error, while metrics like likes and new likes don't. Why could this be?
It has to do with how Facebook API calculates those metrics specifically. The ones that get this error MUST be pulled in either 1-day, 7-day, or 1-month (aka 28 day) ranges.
So if you pull 2 days or 19 days or a partial month and the value is summed (like in a scorecard), it will fail because it doesn't calculate in those ranges.
