DCM Issues

Hi, we are getting an error with the DCM connection. Its been 2 days already.


Created: 2018-02-26

Updated: 2018-03-06

Last status: Error: An unexpected error has occurred, we have logged the issue and will look into the problem.


Please, can you tell me what happend?

  • I am having a similar issue with my DCM pulls starting today. I have also opened a ticket, but can not find a resolution yet. Has anyone found a way to correct this issue?

    We're very sorry for the errors, there is a bug in the connector at the moment.

    Our devs are on it, and the issue should be fixed within one hour.
