Can't Access DoubeClick Search account via Supermetrics

I am trying to get access to the account but it comes up saying:


Your DoubleClick Search authentication needs to be renewed, please log in here (log in as xxxxx@gmail.com). Then rerun the query.


I keep going back to the login page and putting the username and password, and it's always accepted, but I keep running into this issue thereafter.


We have access to DS via another account but it won't let me add this account. Any ideas?

Hi Jack,


instead of re-authenticating, delete the whole account under DoubleClick and start the authentication process from beginning. This should do the trick.
