Assisted Conversion Tracking Period

I'd like to show the assisted conversions in the data dashboards from the last 90 days. I can change this in Google Analytics to 90 days (https://www.dropbox.com/s/amu7mvh7ceh2unc/analytics.PNG?dl=0) but I don't know how to show this in my dashboard with 90 days (https://datastudio.google.com/reporting/0B-Icpih8ITLoM3lyOGI5a043R2c/page/YbcE) I have still the data for 30 days. you have edit permission with support@datastudio.ch

  • Hi Martina,

There's a couple ways to do this - I don't know if you just want that report element to be last 90 days or everything in the report, so I'll just list them all. Use whatever method is most appropriate.

#1 - change your default date range on the report element to 90 days:

Click on the element and set the Default date range value in the settings.

#2 - change your default report settings to 90 days (which will cause all "auto" set items in the report to change to the last 90 days):

Click File->Current report settings. Change Default date range value.

#3 - Add a date filter report element and change that to 90 days when viewing the report (this is the most dynamic option - it defaults it's own date range settings but the viewer can change it and every element with "auto" set, it will update the values for the time span the filter is set to.)

I hope these help. If you have issues getting these to work, let us know.

  • thanks for the answer.

I know how I can set a date range :-) My question was how can I set the default assisted Conversion Tracking Period from 30 to 90 days (https://goo.gl/YznG1L). I'd like that the conversions which are made before 30 days also count as an assited conversion.

At the moment it only counts conversions which are made within 30 days, I'd like to count assisted conversions which are made within 90 days.

  • Hi Martina,

My apologies - I misunderstood the ask.

I checked and there doesn't appear to be a way in the API to get or set this value for the "lookback window", so it looks to be 30 days by default. Until they add that capability to the Multi-channel Funnels reporting API, we don't have any control over it:
