Hello,


I tried to sign up for a free trial but received the following message: 


"We are sorry, but you do not have access to this service. Please contact your domain administrator for access."


When I contacted my domain administrator he said:


"I think that's a Google Suite permission issue...

does SuperMetrics have any FAQs about granting access via g suite."


Is there something I can tell my domain administrator? Thanks!


  • Hi Adam,

    We have no special instructions for using our products with Google Suite.

    This error usually means that your administrator needs to enable something for your account or domain (for example, Drive/Docs or Sheets needs to be specifically enabled or possibly installing add-ons is blocked). If they need help with this, they should check the Google Support forums as there's lots of cases for this problem that may be useful.
