When I try to connect to Adform from my Supermetrics for GSheets, the app directs me to a URL looking like this: https://email@example.com&redirect_uri=https%3A%2F%2Fsupermetrics.com%2Flogin-complete&scope=https://api.adform.com/scope/eapi%20offline_access%20openid%20profile&response_type=code&state=r0130RkxlNTSKtTLFtqHuyBD2JTETpYPsDpYF-nJ
However, when I try to log in to Adform, I get this error (attached). Adform support told me that everything is working fine on their side and I should resolve it with you.
I checked the logs and the response: Authentication expired: Refreshing token failed to get a new token from Adform API.
So please logout from Adform on the web and start with a new login, besides all the checkmarked scopes (see below) are need to re-authenticate your account on behalf using the Supermetrics Adform Application.
Hello, sorry for the great delay, but this approach doesn't work. I have created a new user in our agency account (I can share its credentials directly with you), but it shows the same error.

I have the same problem. I tried 2 different accounts and still doesnt work...
I checked the logs and Supermetrics is relaying the message from Adform API.
Please have a look into the documentation on how you can setup a user and give user access http://api.adform.com/help/guides/user-set-up-guide
And you need to check all the required scopes are marked as checked as below screenshot:
