Not recognizing i paid for FaceBook insights


I paid for the module on 1/26 and was able to use the module for reports.

I try again today and it says my free trial has expired and i need to pay for the upgrade.

Can you please help asap?

Hi Loren,

It appears that the user ID is an email address and not a Facebook user id, which is a series of numbers. You probably need to update your license to have the Facebook user ID (data grabber should display the facebook user ID number) and that should address the issue.

You can change your User ID through your Account Management page. 
Link can be found in the "Thanks a lot for your purchase" email that you received from us in to your payer email after the payment. For security reasons we cannot do it, so unfortunately you have to change it yourself.

Please let me know if you have any issues with correcting the user ID.
