UPGRADE not working

I paid for another year of PRO last week on 1/11/2018 but my account is still not working in Data Studio.

Please upgrade my account so I can have my reports back.

    The license had mistakenly been assigned to your other email address. It is now set to the same address as the previous license, and your reports should be working normally again.

    sorry to hear you're having trouble with the license.

    I can see you have purchased a license for Supermetrics for Google Sheets Pro. This will not work in Data Studio, as it is a different product. Please check your purchase and if needed, use the cancellation link you have received in your email from info@supermetrics.com, titled "Thanks a lot for your purchase".

    If you still experience trouble with it, please post a private ticket to us.
