UPGRADE not working

I paid for another year of PRO last week on 1/11/2018 but my account is still not working in Data Studio.

Please upgrade my account so I can have my reports back.

Thanks for contacting us. Very sorry to hear about the upgrading issues.

The license had mistakenly been assigned to your other email address. It is now set to the same address as the previous license, and your reports should be working normally again.
