Respond to my 97 day old ticket #8480

Supermetrics support. Please reply to my ticket (#8480) which has been in "Being Processed" status since 97 days 21 hours!

The least you can do is reply. This is extremely unprofessional and completely unacceptable. We regularly pay for several subscriptions of your products (some on other accounts as well) and have stuck with your products through plenty of bugs and mishaps, yet your responsiveness has been non-existent. I'm not asking for much, simply a follow-up on a feature request, but I haven't received so much as a "we're working on this" for 97 days! You clearly are not interested in keeping our business...
